Hi ladies, i am going thru ivf Transfer and I was wondering if I can eat homemade fried food? Such as fried eggs, fried rice, fried fish, fried chicken, or stir fried mixed vegetables. Does it has any effect for implantation? Please help!!
Thanks a bunch. Baby dust to all.

Hi no oily food avoid deep fryed before after during ivf/pregnancy.u can have fried rice anything which is not deep fried in oil.please avoid cheese, potatoes in any form.make sure to have food in natural form.gud luck.
I don’t think that matters if you eat a little fried food - it’s everything in moderation but they do recommend you avoid soft cheese, tuna, sushi, undercooked seafood and processed meats like salami. It’s more about listeria and food poisoning than anything to do with risk of stopping implantation so I wouldn’t loose too much sleep over it. Think about all those people who don’t know they are pregnant and eat what they want and go on to have healthy pregnancies. Good luck x
Im confused I’ve not had ivf but been through pregnancy all the foods you mention are reasonably healthy like fried rice choose olive oil rather than veg fried eggs what’s wrong with that fried fish shallow fried is ok your allowed so much fat in your diet you don’t have to eliminate everything and potatoes even when pregnant they don’t tell you to cut out cheese unless it’s vainy cheese and your allowed potato as long as its peeled your allowed fish as well as long as it’s twice a week for oily fish and haddock and COD can eat when you like hope this helps
I know right. But thinking about it made me crazy. Doing ivf not easy as normal pregnancy. To have gone thru all of that adding to the stress. Even to think what to eat and not to eat.
Right !easier said than done but try not to stress as this is a big thing when it comes to conception I can speak from experience !it’s ok to eat what your eating I stopped using chemicals in skin care and when I re introduced it I was really put off by it and only use natural products now.but just want to let you know your doing everything right and nothing wrong sometimes it’s best not to even think about it
