Heavy bleeding at almost 7 weeks pregnancy

So today I was feeling pretty good, had a great day with dogs outside (I’m a pet sitter and dog walker) sat down and suddenly I felt the warm flow.

Absolute panic!

Went to the toilet and yes I had very heavy bleeding with a big cloth...no pain.

Husband took me to the hospital straight away, and they have booked me in for a scan early tomorrow morning.

Now, two hours after, my bleeding has kind of eased off, almost stopped.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I’m hoping it’s not a miscarriage 😱

That’s so terrifying. I was told I had a haematoma on the lining of my womb, which is apparently fairly common after IVF. Was warned about the possibility of heavy bleeding, but thankfully it never happened. Have definitely heard of things being ok for people, even after heavy bleeding so I’ve got my fingers crossed for you 🤞🙏🏻 xx

Yes I’ve been to local hospital, they said it’s too early to do the scan so only took my blood and going back for another blood sample on Friday. I haven’t got any pain and it stopped after two hours so hopefully it’s nothing serious 🤦🏼‍♀️

No pain and not bleeding for long sound like good signs. Do you have a viability scan coming up with your clinic? xx

Just had one this morning, everything is just fine, baby is fine with healthy heart beet ❤️
