Failed fresh embryo transfer in feb, positive frozen embryo October which has ended in an early miscarriage. We have one frozen embryo left from our first round of ivf.

How do people keep up hope and positivity?

I'm not sure how many times I can put myself and my husband through this agony 🙈😭

Least we have a few months to pull our selves together ♡ before trying again with the last wee embryo xx

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. They really are soul destroying.

I think the belief that it will happen and you just need to keep on going, but it is very hard to do.

I think time helps but also keeping busy with other things is important. I always found had difficult to do as was always thinking about what I could do to make things work! What I really found helped me was exercise, swimming, lots of walking and cycling!

Keep going, good luck for your next transfer x

I'm so much sorry to hear about your failures. I faced those too. Together with dh we went through failed IUIs and OE IVF rounds before finally got luck with donor egg IVF in Eastern Europe. They placed back 2 nice looking embies each time. After our lst successful shot only one got stuck but that was a true progress for us. (As earlier we got nothing but bfns and early mcs. That was dreadful experience by all means. Like your only natural right is taken away from you). I understand how it feels and it's good you've turned to others for support. I'll be praying for your coming round. Don't underestimate your little frostie. I'm sure it will surprise you the most! Take good care. I'm here if you feel like having a chat or sth.

I am sorry to know you are going through this. I agree with the previous posters, do your own research to boost your chances, think positively and consider adding procedures such as acupuncture, PGS NGS or similar to boost your chances. Good luck!
