ICSI CYCLE #2 so far! Feedback and experiences!!

Ladies I’m going out of my mind with the wait as I don’t hear anything until tomorrow when it’s my transfer (all being well).

I have PCOS, fiancé has morphology male factor.

We got 20 eggs, 13 mature, 10 fertilised.

Got a call yday (day 3) to say all still going but some looking better than others. She said 4 had reached 8 cell stage at that point (optimum) but slower ones could catch up.

I’m so scared I won’t have any by tomorrow.

What are your experiences? Xx

Good morning!

You will definitely have some . Not all will be top quality but If day 3 some are 8 cells you will definitely get few top quality blastocyst! I had 3 fertilized and 2 top quality blastocyst! Try not to worry!

Thanks love.. so today (day 5) I had one “beautiful” 4BB transferred. Apparently it’s at the best stage it could be at. None suitable for freezing yet so they’re keeping another 8 going till tomorrow. No idea if I’ll get any for freezing xx

Hello ! That’s really good you had a good 4BB transfered. Hopefully is a miracle one ! I had 2 top quality hatching. One transferred in June and had a chemical and one in July and had BFN !

I don’t know yet ! I am not ready emotionally to start again but in the meantime age is not on my side 😢😢. I think I have to take a decision quite soon ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hi!

So I had one “beautiful” (their words) 4BB transferred yesterday on day 5. They were hanging on for another one which had made Blastocyst but they didn’t think it would make a pregnancy so didn’t freeze it.

Crazy from 20 to 1.

Praying this one sticks. They all seemed very complimentary of it and said it was look the best it possibly could for the stage it was at? X
