Help 2 embryo transfer doubts

So I'm having failed ivf this month, just a doubt popped in that if we go for multiple embryo and what are the outcomes? I mean if one embryo implants what happens to other? Are there any risks involved in 2 embryo transfer? Can we do 2 embryo transfer with FET? PLS SHARE ANY EXPERIENCES!!! 😄

Sorry to hear about your failed cycle.

To be honest a multiple embryo transfer can result in anything really. All can stick, none can stick, one can stick etc., there is often no rhyme nor reason to it.

Sometimes if embryos don't develop they just get reabsorbed like in a normal failed round. Sometimes you may lose one embryo part of the way through and bleed but one that has stuck is fine.

I think there are mixed schools of thought about multiple embryo transfers but the highest risk factor is twins so a positive thing. However pointing out the obvious but there are a large number of multiple embryo transfers that result in failed rounds too

I know you might have got answers so far. Still I've experienced 2 blasts transfer myself. It was during my 3rd DE IVF shot. I believe it boosted my chances bc one of my precious embies vanished. Another one developed into a healthy DS. The choice is personal, I'm wishing you the best.
