Empty Follicle Syndrome

Has anyone had empty follicle syndrome and gone on to have a normal round where eggs were collected? I’m 43 years old witch a pretty good AMH and FSH. My first IVF cycle produced 20+ follicles but only 7 were retrieved, 4 were mature and 3 made it to 5/6 day AB blasts. I know there is a lot out there about trigger shot so we will switch that up to double this round, but I’m wondering about menupor. EFS could be over OR under mature eggs. I don’t if I should add more or less this time around. I was up to 150. Any help is appreciated.
