Post miscarriage symptoms

Ladies whose had more than 1 miscarriage how did u all feel physically and mentally afterwards?? What were ur post miscarriage symptoms?

Don’t know what’s wrong with this group but not many people reply xx sorry about that!

Afterwards it hit me, I think you’re focused on the hope that’s it’s wrong, then you have to face the miscarriage itself and afterwards I felt this sadness. I had some twinges and my hormones have played up a bit, teary, irritated and a few flushes. Now two weeks later I feel my normal self. The hurt has settled with my hormones, so give yourself time to heal and get back to normal xx

I'm struggling to get back up. I actually feel like I have given up and I have not gotten over it. Physically I have back issues but everyone I've been able to get back in the gym and prepare for the next cycle..but after my miscarriage at 17 weeks I just haven't been able to get my head back the same way

Thank you both Ive been feeling alot better mentally and physically and emotionally and still fighting with it but im progressing
