Strange symptoms...

I know there are many of us here with fld, NASH and even cirrhosis. I have read about many symptoms. I currently have extreme pain in my left pec, specifically the nipple. I have read on medical websites that gynecomastia can be a symptom of cirrhosis. I have not been diagnosed with that but this is highly concerning and embarrassing. Is this a common occurrence or is this likely unrelated?

I'm in stage 4 with cirrhosis of the liver, but I've never had that. I've been in stage 4 for 23 years.

I was so concerned about this that I went and had some hormone blood tests conducted which just came back today after waiting about a week on them. It seems all is well with my hormone levels which is a big weight off my mind anyway. I'm not exactly sure what's going on with that but at least I know that it's not hormonally related which is, afaik, the only way for gynecomastia to develop.
