Best Hospital for Treatment of NAFLD

My husband was diagnosed with NAFLD and I am trying to understand what this means for him. It seems that there is limited advice on treatment (lose weight). I have to believe there is more out there. Where is the best hospital or doctor that truly understands this disease. My husband sought help for two years before he was diagnosed. He was actually having his spleen removed and the surgeon stopped because he noted cirrhosis. I want to be the best advocate for him. Please share resources that have been helpful. Thank you.
