This is a very interesting study about uric acid and NAFLD. I have high uric acid level for several years and also have metabolic syndrome and recently diagnosed with cirrhosis. It’s all a vicious cycle.

It is all connected and yet docs treat us an organ at a time. Makes me crazy.

Yes I now know that even the vitamin deficiencies I’ve had over the years are from my liver not working. Doctors never made the connection. After doing a lot of research I’ve learned that I’m the perfect candidate for cirrhosis from NASH. I have metabolic syndrome, fatty liver, vitamin deficiencies, high uric acid and other symptoms for years. Wish I had done this research before.

Thanks for your reply and hope you are doing well.
