Ensure your sources of carbohydrates contain a significant amount of dietary fiber. Eliminate carbs without fiber and remain active every day. Walk, dance, swim, yoga etc. every day if possible.

Try to limit your carbohydrates, exercise 3 to 4 days a week, take a walk, or swimming or biking concentrate on protein, fat and carbs . I also take 1- 800iu Vitamin E a day but check with your Hepitoligist first on that, everyone's different!! Thats what I been doing since 2019. I turn 70 this month!
