fatty liver

im 46 5'11" 265 pounds and I was having pains, so they said I have defused fatty live infiltration, I think that is nafld. My alt was 196 and ast 55 both slightly high the doctor said. Also had a ultrasound. But I feel like it's worse because I alot of pain in my stomach and hurtsmore when I eat. My skin had been very itchy. So I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if this sounds like the right diagnosis. Been very worried.

No way for us to know though it sounds like other things could be going on. An ultrasound is a marginal tool. Try to get a liver stiffness test such as Fibroscan as that will tell you more about your status. Talk to your doc about the difference between NAFLD, which is what they diagnosed, versus NASH, which is when NAFLD starts causing liver damage. Liver stiffness is one way to tell the difference.

Does sound like fatty liver to me, although there could be other things going on too. You need to work on getting rid of it before it turns to Nash. A low carb, no sugar, low fat lifestyle is in order and weight loss. Good luck to you!
