Hi! Can anyone recommend a good source of olive oil that is the healthiest brand? Thank you.

My personal choice is Apollo from California

You can get get several different kinds from Apollo, I get all my pasta online from Zenb made with yellow peas nothing more. Texture is a little different as is taste but slap a home made sauce on and it's very good! My picky eater likes it 🤷‍♀️

Not sure if it is popular in USA but I use rapeseed oil.

I like the olive oil from the Mediterranean dish. they list, Acidity, Polyphenols, Harvest date. are 500mL . I think also the region in which it is harvested. Italian and Greek
