I hope you are seeing a liver doc or will soon!! Please do!! Just try to eat lean chicken and fish and fresh fruit and veggies. Everyone says you can save your liver by healthy eating!!! You can do this!!! I have lots of friends who have no liver disease and can’t sleep!! So, you’re ok there. You’re just worried!! Try to see doc, don’t worry, talk to everyone and share , and eat healthy!! We are going to be ok!!
Hi Sara! Kellee here, I have the same thing. Go to Amazon or your fav. bookstore and order Liver Rescue by Anthony William. This is a great resource for info and proper diet and how-to .
I was diagnosed 2020 stage 4 cirrhosis. I hadn’t been able to eat for weeks and hospitalized to give my body the vitamins and fluids it needed. After that I researched on how to eat better-no fat, raw fruit/ veggies and lots of protein, chicken fish turkey or shakes! My meld was 22 and consistently improved to none. I still have mild fatty liver but am living proof that it can done! You have to eat and give your body what it needs! Try drinking smoothies with protein. Start small, eventually your food cravings will return.
Thanaks alot to share me your experience. But I want to tell you that my doctor said to me that my liver can not healed or return back and give me a peroid from 3 to 9 years to reach liver failure.
Your liver can get better! I was told I had 5 years to live and that was 6 yrs ago! But you need to eat and nourish your body and rest. Have a fruit platter in your fridge to nibble on? I have learned doctors do not know everything-it’s up to you!
