Hi I put my results into the first table and the result was no risk of fatty liver whereas in fact my KPA score was 270 when I had a fibroscan recently which is 33% plus of my liver is fatty so perhaps not the best screening tool when used alone. My fatty liver showed first on an ultrasound following a referral to my GP for pain in my right side.

Since it is a probability calculator the idea is to measure it over the years since it can be calculated from normal blood tests so no extra cost. If it rises into the questionable zone the next smart step is to find out why. It can have a little value for someone with a diagnosis to help understand where they are but it is not as useful as other tests.
