Liverfast test

I ate pretty crappy last week, but jumped right back on the liver regime after that. Can a few days of eating not super healthy sway my levels and test results? Or will the fact that I've ate healthy for the past few months keep my results relatively good? I'm worried the few days of unhealthy eating will screw up the results. I'm so scared of getting my results back. I'm scared that I'm going to find out that I have cirrhosis, despite the surgeon looking at my liver last year. I'm scared he missed something.

It is a fasted blood draw but a few days of diet change won't affect it much

I wouldn't worry about it. Get some sleep instead.

Being totally nervous stressed out will affect your numbers much more than a few days eating blip. If what you write is true and I will assume it is, than you are a better patient than 99 percent of people.

Plus you write just three weeks ago that all is good. And a year ago the doctor said you are fine. And since then you have lived healthy except for a few days.

You have nothing to worry about. You'll give yourself gloomy head and make yourself (currently healthy) into a sick person due to high blood pressure from stress. Go get some sleep and turn off your internet for 48 hours.
