Got liver biopsy results back and ultrasound, they can back better than before, they said whatever I have been eating and taking has been working. My fibrosis has gone down a level, and the cirrhosis has slowed down, once I get the hepc meds, it will stop the cirrhosis from progressing anymore. YEAH!!!

Congrats! I know its difficult to adjust the diet. I read a book Metabolism Reset by Dr Christianson. He has a 2 week reset. (Check internet) this helped me get my levels down. Its basically a smoothie concocted for breakfast and lunch and then dinner is food. Must be good for the liver as my bloodwork improved.

Hi! That’s great news I just found out I have Nash and inflammation I’m so scared but I started working out and eating greens and no meat no sugar and lots of water and green tea. Do you mind sharing what you did for this wonderful news. Very inspiring
