I just got diagnosed with fatty liver four days ago due to an ultrasound I had for having right upper quadrant pain. Don’t know what level of the liver diseases that at all. What would be my next step to do

Ultrasound is not very accurate so if you can find one the next lowest cost step is a Fibroscan which measures both fat content and liver stiffness. With RUQ pain it is important to follow that up. It isn't necessarily your liver but that is the most common issue so you need to know whether you need to be evaluated by a specialist. A tool that isn't diagnostic but can help understand probabilities is called Fib-4 and is based on your blood tests. Here is a link.
