Hello everyone I'm new here!! Hope everyone is having a fantastic day and are staying healthy this question is requarding fatty liver.. I've had Ultra sound on it. They say its only a tiny bit of fat on it but I've been eating very healthy last two weeks anyways. But had a cheat day today. Two cheese burgers and a iced coffee. But back on healthy eating tomorrow. Just wanted to know if every couple weeks it's okay to eat something unhealthy to take the urges off. Any advise is appreciated thank you so much for your time.

You have to live a life that works for you. You do understand that it is a continuous process so the two steps forward and one back. Is that as healthy for your body as possible? No. Is it what you need to be able to succeed most of the time? Perhaps. Your call.

My view is that fatty liver is all about compromises. If I have a cheat meal, I have to work out one extra day that week, fast a little longer the next day, or eat better for several meals to make up for it. But its worth it to me. The diet requires giving up a lot of things that we love.

Also, my new view is that if I am going to cheat, it had better be a damn good cheat. Old me would mindlessly snack on stuff that just wasnt that good. But now if I do reward myself, it is one of my favorite items from my favorite places. So If you're going to eat a cheese burger, make sure it is your favorite one :)

For me, I’m waiting until they show me the door. Last meal is gonna be all the stuff I haven’t had in years... but ONLY if they tell me my time is up. I’ve found very little worth getting sick over.
