Liver attenuation on CT with contrast. How to seek diagnosis

During a health crisis involving removal of my sigmoid colon, 3 CT scans showed liver attenuation and the radiologists mentioned fatty liver. I am obese with about 45 pounds left to go for a good weight. I am asymptomatic except that I do bruise easily. I live near Missoula MT. and there is one Gastro clinic that does fibro scans. What should be my first step to seek a diagnosis?

Since the CT indicated that additional testing was likely warranted, the Fibroscan would be the next step unless you would like to try one of the new blood tests, but a visit with a gastro doc would be next
