As I told all of you before awhile back, Medicaid was making me have a biopsy done on my liver and an ultrasound, and HIV tests done so they would pay for my Hep C medication. Well, they denied paying for my medications, said I was too far advanced, now I have a 1,000 bill from the doctor's sayings I have to pay for those tests that Medicaid made me take. Is that not insurance black-mail? I would not have had to have those tests done if they did not enforce it.
