Should I get a second opinion

So going back into my records I noticed that my bloodwork for autoimmune hepatitis was positive.... my range was 36 and it said normal range was 0-19.... but nothing was said about this they told me I do not have autoimmune I have nash liver should I be getting a second opinion?!

I would definitely seek a more complete analysis hard to draw that conclusion without more data

I have lost about 50 pound and now all of a sudden my liver enzymes are slightly elevated after they have been good.... and that made me wonder could this be something else?!

Enzymes are not elevated only by one thing. Viruses or toxins are just a couple of other examples. The warning signal is when they stay elevated over some time. Then you want to explore possible causes
