I just got the results of my three month bloodwork yesterday. My dr at Duke hasn’t called to discuss yet, but was wondering if anyone has had the same things happen. I am on Coumadin for an artificial heart valve so my MELD score is figured differently. My INR was very high, out of the blue. Worried this is happening because of my liver not functioning properly. I do have compensated cirrhosis. Also, in spite of following a fatty liver diet for several months and losing 33 pounds, my liver enzymes were slightly elevated. Any thoughts from anyone so that I can be prepared with questions when I speak with the dr? Thanks!
