Sorry that you are having such problems. Getting Hep B at birth is a challenge. Management of the disease is complex and beyond what we can do as we can't give you effective medical advice. Your report of your results suggests that you are under the care of your primary care team. It is important to get care from a hepatologist if you can as they have the training for liver disease. You also want to find out more about the actual state of your liver. It can be enlarged for a number of reasons and it is important to understand it. A lot of effort is going into research about Hep B today so if you have to have it this is a good time. Connect to a doc associated with a research hospital if you can as they will be the most current about care. Good Luck
