Fatty liver

I have started exercising and diet. May I will give blood to see if this has helped. Anyone know what to eat ?

I gave up sugary drinks, processed foods,(as much as you can) limit alcohol or none. Smaller portions except for vegetables & fruits. I lost 16 in 4 mos. Have 10 more to go. And i joined a gym.

I exercise at home. Cutting out a lot of food. My Dr said the diabetic diet

So I'm working on that. I'm 62 yrs old and I have never weighed what I do now. My son had cancer 7 months ago. Back and forth treatment and Dr visits helped put this weight on. All I can do is my best to get rid of this weight. Good luck on getting rid of those last ,10 pds
