I was diagnosed with NASH WITH A MELD OF 13. I WAS ALSO GIVIN A CPS OF B7. My meld is holding steady at this level. Which I am very happy about 2 years now. I am wondering am I doing something right or is a 2 year steady level pretty normal. I have discovered however that I have need of a surgery to replace a hernia mesh that has failed. Given the level of possible blood loss should I have this surgery done or is it a better idea to live with this mesh issue until (hopefully post transplant).

Those are really questions beyond our ability to comment. The answers depend on your unique situation and medical journey. Because of bleeding risks surgeons are careful with liver patients. As to remaining stable, a lot of people are able to maintain or even improve their status with a healthy lifestyle and exercise but it is a very individual journey.
