Is there a book that gives a meal plan to help with learning how to eat correct amounts of food needed to heal Nash until I can learn it

I feel that I am eating well, but not sure of servings and amounts that I need. Think I would do better if I had maybe some kind of meal plan to help guide me till I get the hang of it

Karen is a transplant patient who has put her approach to diet in a book. I know her personally and she is a good resource

According to what I have heard it is best to stay at around 4 oz. of whatever you are consuming. Poultry, fish, turkey breast, other. I’d avoid red meat. If you don’t have the ability to weight or want to take some of the thinking out of it then consider the size of your own palm. If the item in question is larger than your palm it may be larger than desired with respect to a good NASH diet. I’m no expert though best to check with your hepatologist.

Regards,

Harrison
