Not Sure who I'm answering.

Wow, there's really a lot of posts on here and can't keep up. I daily take grape seed extract, Maximum milk thistle and Jarrow curucmin although I have read you need to take curcumin/tumeric in an oil based form for maximum absorption. My blood tests used to come back high for both my liver and pancreas. Since I started taking these supplements my tests came back within the normal range. I hope this helps. Also, I recently started my wife on selenium and "polyphenols" from life extension called, "Vital Reds. She had breast cancer but has been in remission for years. Also, black cumin seed oil, tastes like motor oil but mix it with orange juice is the most palatable. Check out Dr. Gundry on that. Hope this helps and be blessed. Definitely milk thistle if you're worried about you liver.
