People have posted great improvement on fibroscan and blood tests after significant changes toward Mediterranean type diet, weight loss, no alcohol, exercise daily or near. What are you basing lack of improvement on? Repeated blood tests and/or fibroscans? I have my first repeat fibroscan this summer so I will see then if any reduction. I've lost nearly all excess weight and working to build muscle in addition to dietary change so I am hoping to see less fat (my CAP was early F2).
