Everyone has different tastes but if you step back and look at the general principals you can adapt your diet to your traditional diet to meet those goals. In shorthand, it is lots of vegetables, limited meat, no sugar, no white starch, low salt. lots of monosaturated fat, but here is a link to get you started.
