Diet for fatty liver

Were any of you with the same diagnosis given a diet or foods NOT to eat?

I was told not to eat anything from a cow.

I was also told to take vitamin E.

No mention of cow😉. I was told no potatoes, no sugar, no pizza or fried foods and will see you in 6 months.

I wasn‘t given any specific advice at all, just told to lose weight.
