Welcome to the forum which will come to be a valuable place to chat, vent, learn and share with people who completely understand. You will never get any judgement for anything you have done or will done with alcohol or drugs for example. Personally my drug is chocolate 😉

If you haven't already I recommend you also join the Britis Liver Trust forum as you can pick up some excellent advice from people who have different forms of liver disease.

None of us can give medical advice but we often share our experiences and information gleaned in our various trudge through liver disease.

Seriously though, I think sugar plays a bigger role than we think.

I know. I have treat day on Fridays where I have a bar of chocolate and a cake lol

Hi Mary,

Sorry for the late post I didn't see it until now. Welcome to the forum and please share your experiences, this is how we are all broadening our knowledge. Mrsmerlin has given you good advice, unfortunately we all need to educate ourselves as many people find themselves in the same situation as you, diagnosed and not knowing what to do next.. One of the good things about this forum is that when you read something you are not sure you understand, you can ask on here for clarification and opinions.
