'Zero' Fasting app

I am not a particular fan of technology, but have found this app helpful. It has some information about fasting, is really easy to use and not over powering with additional things.

It just lets you put in what fast you are doing next and tap to start and stop it then saves what have done. Nothing fancy, but I am enjoying popping on now and then to look at the countdown every fast, really don't want any 'DIDN'T REACH GOAL' tags on my graph. lol. It may just be me, but it is making me want keep closer to the plan I have made.

I have zero - and I used it once. If it motivates you, great.

No exercise, fasting or anything "counts" if it is not recorded on a magic gizmo?

Does it tell you how much longer you will live after every fast?

I think a 68-hour fast gives me an extra month of life expectancy - so, if I fast 68 hours every month, I will live forever?

No it doesn't, it just helps me track my fasts.. which All I wanted and all it claims. No magic involved., just a nice simple app. 👍

Thanks for this suggestion! Strangely enough, it helps somehow with my focus too. I know it shouldn’t make a difference... but it does 😳😊
