I think that it's great that IF is in the news and in a positive way.
As you say the article is positive - but, as I expected, they got most of it wrong.
They say that Intermittent Fasting works because of the calorie restriction - and Calorie restriction suppresses the metabolism, and IF stimulates it, burning more fat.
They say you need to eat grains, low-fat and starchy carbohydrate - and what works best for most of us is LCHF.
They think that Intermittent Fasting is all about losing weight - when it prevents or alleviates so many of today's diseases.
