I was surprised to read that intermittent fasting is a great way to avoid or reduce the effects of jet lag. It is because as well as our bodies responding to light they also react to hunger which effectively helps to reset our bodies clock and reduce the impact of jet lag.
Personally I think I'd feel crazy with hinger after a 16 hours without eating...😱
