Hi well done to everyone for doing so well with the fast. Unfortunately I ‘dropped out’. I am glad that some of you are liking ACV and sea salt in water. I am not sure why ACV is good for you but I had read it somewhere. I live in the West Midlands, the water here is very hard with lime scale, and I really don’t like the taste, so sea salt and ACV makes it a lot more palatable for me.

Inaugural Fast
I sometimes have low stomach acid and taking ACV eases the pain and helps sort it out. Interestingly (to me anyway 😀) not many people seem to know about low stomach acid, it’s all “you have high acid and take this medication”. Well after years of on and off tablets for my pains I stumbled across the fact that low stomach acid is a thing and haven’t needed medication since taking ACV with the ‘Mother’ in it. Will try adding salt next time I have some, thanks.
Yes, have always wondered what ‘the mother” is. I hadn’t realised that low stomach acid was a thing either.😊
Not sure if you’re asking what the mother is but Im going to say anyway😀. It’s the cloudy bits at the bottom of the bottle of raw organic ACV, the unfiltered, unpasteurised kind.
Also, have only just realised that there is a Bone Density forum.
Sorry, a ‘Bone Health’ forum.
There are many possible benefits of cider. The one I am focused on is reducing blood glucose and increasing insulin sensitivity.
