Help with dose?

Hi,

My 7 year old daughter has recently been prescribed movicol to help with constipation and overflow which has been causing her to have accidents. For the last week she has been on 3 sachets a day and in the last few days has been soiling herself numerous times a day. Even when the toilet is just the next room she doesn’t make it in time. Should I stay with current dosage or reduce? Thanks
