abdominal bloating in 5year old

my daughter Marnie is now 5, she is very small for her age and fits into age 2-3 clothes. She has suffered with constipation since birth.

every ultrasound she’s had just shows constipation. She is on 6daily sachets of movicol to no avail.

disimpaction did not work and she is severely bloated. I have only ever seen her stomach flat once in her life when she had bad d&v.

due to finally see a consultant on the 11th of October.

Please can you tell us how this goes as my daughters belly looks exactly the same and I wonder if it’s due to the movicol

I did wonder if it’s from the movicol however her tummy has been bloated since birth.

I have been told in the past it is wind, and where there’s poo there’s always wind. She’s had coeliac screen and all negative. I’m wondering if it’s from her bowel being soo stretched?
