teenage bedwetting

I would encourage any teens that are still bedwetting to have a complete urodynamic test run. I didn’t have this done until age 30 but discovered I had a neurogenic bladder and from my history probably since birth. That completely explained my incontinence issues. Would have loved to know this earlier in life when I was always beating myself up mentally and emotionally not being able to control my wetting at night and struggles during the day. The test is evasive and I can understand why younger guys would be embarrassed by the procedure. Also it is not a common source or condition even amongst regular bedwetters, but it may be.

Most bedwetting is not caused by a medical condition.

you are absolutely correct. Best to rule out any possible physical connection.
