Student study into dealing with poo problems

My daughter is coming up for 7 years old still in pull ups she has chronic constipation and withholds. She on movlicoil and sodium pic we have disimpacted her like 12 times still back to soiling. She sit on toilet only to.oasd urine but will hold on to her poo .we don't mention poo everything I'd toileting only .she has trained her brain to not go the doctor and peaditritians have told us we're have years of this we have to be patience.
