Has anyone bought the chocolate balls from Holland and Barrett. Giving them a go for my son and so far they seem to be working. He is passing bigger poos and more at a time rather than small amounts. They have fibre in and lots of friendly bacteria in them and they are yummy 😋. You only need 2 a day., no more than that. They are from 4+ they have so many good reviews. Just thought I’d put it out there. They are expensive, £9.99 a pack, or £15 for 2 , but if it works then I don’t mind.

Hiya - yup - we took them for about a year and felt they helped. Recommended by a paediatric continence consultant. Not a miracle answer but definitely helped us on our journey and we used them as a ‘you get it when you’ve finished your movicol’ reward. They are yum! You could get them on Amazon pre-Brexit but not since. I haven’t been able to find them since but will definitely head down to H&B to get some. X
