I'm a little unclear if your talking about a boy or a girl, it's useful to know that as boys are later trainers but girls are more accident and regression prone despite typically being dry sooner.

How long ago did he train, what caused you to out him back in nappies? Like the other person said, regression is key, however, consistency is key, if there is no reason for them to stay in nappies work to potty training again, make sure they only use the toilet/potty to go in the bathroom, no other room. Build up again slowly.
