Nappies or pullups ?

So as I previously wrote my 4.5 year old is back in pullups due to ongoing poo issues. We are due to go abroad next week and it's an overnight flight so she will need her night nappy which I'm fine with but when we are away we will spend most of our time at the pool or beach so she wil be in a swim nappy most of the day, instead of having to take pullups, nappies and swim nappies would it be okay to stick with nappies as realistically most of the day she will be in a swim nappy anyway so it would only be breakfast time and early evening she would be in them? She tells us when she needs a wee so we could take her. Just thinking about less packing and knowing we can buy nappies when out there, We rarely use nappies during the day due to the stigma around them but whilst away we are not going to know anybody so I wouldn't care what they say or think. On a non potty related question, she still has her night dummy would it be okay of she had it on the night flight ?

So in the end we stuck with a nappy and swim nappies for the trip away, it wasn't too bad but she did have a wet nappy a couple of times so I'm not sure if it was she was being lazy, distracted or just uncomfortable with the Unfamiliar surroundings but we didn't make a big deal out of it. Her nappy at times was obvious and we did get a few comments but we shrugged it off! Probably got more comments about her having her night dummy when we stayed out late in the evening but again who cares...
