Accidents and disimpaction not working

Hey there

My 10yr old boy did a disinpaction last weekend sat-tues eve got up to 10movicol daily and was passing watery stool and having no overflow accidents, tummy felt soft and i thought colon was empty we then returned to school wed and he was on maintenance dose of 5 movicol but on fri horrified i discovered he had started accidents again on wed and had been hiding underwear from me 😢 he was so disappointed...back to high doses of movicol and prune juice since fri evening but he wants to go to school tomorrow. He is having large movements with the help of the prune juice any ideas what i should do and what kind of maintenance dose shiuld i try if 5 isnt enough ?? Thanks for any help

Try senokot with the movicol that gives more of a sensation of needing to go.
