I posted on here not so long ago . My little poo is nearly five and regularly souls him self he will not poo on the loo only if caught in the act . Anywhere he is one 1 sachet of movical and 4 ml of senna . Anyway today he didn’t not do his not is morning poo which is unusual for him , at school today he did three poos and the teacher said they where really crumble he had his names as usual today ? The only thing I can think of is that he had not drank enough at school , they used to be like this before he started the meds. He was one 2 sachets of movical a day but that was two much . School are being a pain , I’ve got to take in towels and wash stuff next week in case he has a bad accident and they can wash him they suggested the shower but I was not comfortable with that I would rather a bowel of water if the sink filled up .

Does he have pads in his pants and a changing bag with him every day? It’s tricky to get the movicol dose right and really important to keep fluids very high as well (a drinks bottle in school that you can check he drinks all of daily will help) you might have to adjust the movicol dose to ensure the poo is the right consistency in order to prevent impaction

I find the pads have always really helped us. When he was little he used the ‘dry like me’ pads from Asda. Helps to see what the soiling is like too. Might take some of the stress out

Dry like me are good for poo. At the mo we use incontinence pads from Lidl but that’s coz he’s 10 and bowel incontinent and constantly soiling. For your little one the dry like me ones should work well, you can always stick 2 in or stick one of those in and a slim invontinence one in (like the mini tena lady one or the supermarket equivalent). I have years of experience of pads 😂😂😂

Good for you 🤗 don’t worry you aren’t alone on here, I have a permanent pile of poo pants to wash, it’s part of my ritual, I’ve learned to wear rubber gloves 😉
