Disimpaction Advise

On day 7 of disimpaction with my 8 year old and day 3 of 12 sachets (gradually built up from 4), her poos are like diarrhea but I've read that you 'll know the disimpaction has taken place as she'll poo black hard bits or it'll be a black slurry, do I carry on with the 12 sachets everyday until we get to this stage? I have until the weekend to sort this out then I'm back at work and daughter in holiday club so praying disimpaction happens soon, really don't want to abandon this when we've been doing it over a week, any tips?

Definitely don't abandon it! It will be so worth doing it properly. You really need to get to brown water and make sure you get this on a few occasions before starting to reduce. Good luck! X

You don't always get black bits etc. When you have had brown watery stool for 2 days then you have cracked it.
