Hospital packlist

Hi my son is 7 and is going in Tuesday for a klen prep treatment does anyone one have any time for packing for hospital?? And what did their kids eat/drink while in there I know it has to be clear but could do with some ideas xxx

We’ve recently been in hospital with my son to have this done. He is 3 (4 at the end of the month) so a little different. While on the klen prep he was only allowed clear fluids (so we took squash), jelly and Haribo (we took a big tub of this with us too) but to be honest he didn’t want anything while he was having it administered as it was unpleasant for him. Once they removed the nasal gastric tube he was able to eat and drink as normal though but it took several days to completely clear the impaction.

As for packing, we took iPad and a few books as well as several changes of PJs (although once it started to have the desired effect he was happier without anything on as he was being changed so often as still in nappies)
