Son has started to poo in his night nappies

Hi,

My six year old son who also has tactile sensory processing disorder has started to occasionally poo in his nighttime nappy. It’s only been three times over the last three weeks but it is odd. I have asked him and he says he doesn’t know he has done it until he stands up in the morning and walks. Any thoughts or ideas what could be going on? Thanks

Not sure if it helps but every time my son has had pop in his night nappies he has been constipated. Could this be an issue?

I’m not sure to be honest. He is on daily movicol anyway so maybe I should up the dose. Thank you for your reply. I hadn’t thought of it x
