3.5yr old day 5 of disimpaction

Hi, new here but I've been trying to do the disimpaction for my little boy who has always struggled with pooing since toilet trained. We are now at the not solid but not quite liquid stage and I'm struggling to get more that 4 laxido sachets into him in a day. Any ideas or tips?

You are nearly there!! For no apparent reason this worked with my daughter (disimpaction also done at 3.5): I’d put the drink in front of her, mixed with lots of squash of course, and say with a smile on my face “don’t drink it when I’m not looking or I will roar like a dinosaur”. I would then turn my back... and hey presto she would drink. I would then turn around, pretend to be shocked and roar like a dinosaur. If he doesn’t get the joke straight away, do it with someone else and he’s bound to want a turn. Hope this works for you too. Good luck, you are so nearly there xxxx
