Normal for disimpaction or is this potential a parasite??

My 5 year old is on day 3 of the max dose of Movicol for disimpaction and has been having brown watery stools for about 24 hours but this morning she did this. Is this normal? Is it potentially part of the blockage breaking up?

I can’t understand why it’s not mixed with the water and it’s such a strange formation, I’ve never seen anything like it but I’ve gone down a google rabbit hole and I’m wondering if it’s potentially some form of worm?? It feels very unlikely but she’s had chronic constipation and bowel issues for years now.

Can anyone put my mind at ease?!

Ribbon stools are a sign of impaction, keep going. It's still early days into the regime.
